How we look after your information

Who we are

Tomorrow Team is a trading name of Tomorrow Virtual Team, a business registered in the Philippines. We place dedicated, full-time Filipino professionals with small and mid-sized businesses. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Tomorrow Team.

We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the rules of the National Privacy Commission.

What we collect

If you're a business getting in touch with us:

• Your name, business name, email address and phone number
• What kind of help you need and anything you tell us in your message or on a call

If you're applying to join our team:

• Your name, email address and mobile number
• Your CV, cover letter and the role you're applying for
• Notes and results from interviews and assessments, including English checks
• If you're hired, the details we need to employ and pay you, such as government ID and statutory numbers (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN) and bank details

When you visit our website: basic technical information such as your browser type, device and pages visited, collected through our website platform.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and talk about what your business needs
• To review applications, run interviews and match candidates with the right business
• To employ, pay and look after our team, and to meet our legal obligations in the Philippines
• To run and improve our website

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anything unrelated to the reasons above.

Who we share it with

• Client businesses: if you're a shortlisted candidate, we share your CV, interview notes and our recommendation with the business you could be joining. We only share what's relevant to the role.
• Our sales partners: people who introduce businesses to us may see enquiry details so they can follow up.
• Service providers: the tools we use to run the business, such as our website host, email, payroll and accounting providers. They can only use your information to provide their service to us.
• Government agencies: where the law requires it, such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and the BIR.

Sharing across borders

Our clients and some of our service providers are based outside the Philippines, including in the United States. When we share information with them, we take reasonable steps to make sure it's protected to the same standard as it is with us.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: for as long as we're talking or working together, then up to 2 years.
• Applications that don't go ahead: up to 12 months, so we can contact you about future roles. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
• Employee records: for as long as Philippine law requires us to keep them.

Keeping it secure

We use access controls, password management and secure tools to protect your information, and only people who need it for their work can see it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care to keep your information safe, and we'll let you and the National Privacy Commission know if a serious breach happens.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy
• Correct anything that's wrong or out of date
• Delete your information, or stop using it, where we don't need to keep it
• Withdraw your consent, for example to being considered for future roles

Just email us (details below). If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can also complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.

Cookies

Our website may use cookies to work properly and to help us understand how people use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
