Tomorrow Team was started by Rica, a Filipino marketer with more than eight years working with businesses overseas. Before that, she was a virtual assistant herself.
She's seen both sides. Business owners buried in work that someone else could do well. And talented Filipino professionals who deserve fair pay, real benefits and a team that actually checks in on them.
Tomorrow Team is built to fix both. We pay people right, look after them, and match them with businesses where they fit. People who are treated well stay longer and do better work. That's the whole idea.

Who employs the staff?
We do. Payroll, Philippine statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, 13th month pay), health allowances and compliance are all handled by Tomorrow Team. You direct their day-to-day work.
Are placements full-time?
Yes. Every placement is full-time and dedicated to your business only.
Can they work my business hours?
Yes, if you need them to. We'll agree on working hours with you before they start.
How do I choose who I get?
After an intro call about what you need, we run two interview rounds and send you a shortlist with our recommendation. You interview the finalists and make the call.
Who trains them?
You do, because you know your business best. Your new team member documents your processes as they learn, so nothing lives only in one person's head.
What about software and equipment?
You provide access to your software and tools. Where the role needs it, we can supply a laptop, backup power and password security.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the role and experience level. Book a call and we'll give you a clear monthly price.
